Your Shell Go+ account is linked to your registered mobile number. If you no longer have access to that number or device, the app cannot verify your identity automatically and you will be unable to receive the required verification or one‑time passcode (OTP).
For security reasons, account updates and recovery cannot be completed directly in the app at this time. Please submit a support ticket using our contact form so we can assist you further.
