To update your personal information in the Shell Asia app, please follow the below steps:
- Open the Shell Asia app on your mobile device.
- Log in using your registered credentials.
- Tap on the “Account” button or icon.
- Navigate to “View and Edit Profile”.
- Select “Personal Information”
If the update you need to make is specific to your membership type or vehicle type, please submit a support ticket using our contact form.
