Any unused points within thirty six (36) months after the month of the issuance of points will expire and be deducted on the current points of the member.
Unused accounts within six (6) months will make the member inactive, and points earned prior will automatically expire.
When your points are about to expire, the information will appear on the points balance box. You may also receive a notification via email if you have a registered email address in your account.
In addition, you can log into your account via www.shellgoplus.com, then click "See all expiry points" to see if you have points expiring in the next three months.
