If a Shell site is temporarily offline, you can still earn Shell Go+ points for your transaction. To make sure your points are credited:
- Inform the site staff that you are a Shell Go+ member
- Provide your registered mobile number at the counter
- Staff will capture your details and submit a request for points to be manually added
Once the request is submitted, your Shell Go+ points should be reflected in your account within 48 hours.
If the points are still not reflecting after 48 hours, please submit a support ticket using our contact form so we can assist you further.
