Yes, as long as the number of Shell Go+ points can cover the requirement needed to redeem the selected item(s).
-For Rewards Catalogue items, members are required to check the reward item upon receipt. Items that are broken or are defective must not be accepted and should be surrendered back to the courier. If not, it will be considered as successfully delivered and closed.
-If by any chance the reward item (specifically applicable for gadgets and appliances) will be defective and needed to be repaired, all of the reports and request should be raised to Shell Go+ Customer Service for proper endorsement and handling.
