To Redeem:

1. Open the ShellAsia app
2. Go to the Account section
3. Select Redeem a Voucher
4. Enter the eGift code
   → The balance updates instantly

To Check Balance:

1. Go to Account
2. Choose Other Activities
3. View recent redemptions and updated balance
