You need to get a physical Shell Go+ PRO card from participating Shell stations. Once you have the card, follow the steps below to link your Shell Go+ PRO physical card to the Shell Asia App:

1. Open the Shell Asia App on your mobile device.
2. On the home screen, go to Account tab.
3. Click "View and edit profile"
4. Select "Membership details" and click "change"
5. Enter the Scheme code that can be found on the physical card by scratching off the label below the QR code.
6. Enter the PRO card number found on the back of your physical card.
7. Follow the on‑screen instructions to complete the verification.
8. Once successful, your Shell Go+ PRO card will be linked to the app and ready for use.
