Check the EVRO App - Ensure the charger you’re using does not appear as Unavailable or Incompatible in the EVRO Station Finder. The app provides real‑time charger status and compatibility details.
- Restart the Session
- End the charging session on the EVRO app (if any session is still active).
- Unplug your vehicle and plug it in again.
Scan the QR code and restart the charging session
- Verify Plug Connection - Make sure your vehicle’s CCS2-Type 2 connector is securely attached. For safety, adaptors are not allowed.
